Online Walking Guides and Directions for the UK

MONDAY 24 AUGUST - FRIDAY 28 AUGUST 2015 - We will be transferring to a new version of our website during this week, and whilst we hope to keep both the Apps and web access live for the whole period, please accept our apologies in advance should you experience any problems. We will be working as quickly as we can to complete this work.

Welcome to iFootpath, a website and App to inspire people to get out and enjoy beautiful walks across the UK. Fromfootpath in an iPhone town trails to riverside strolls and countryside rambles, we are building a library of walking guides for everyone to enjoy – be it alone, with your dog or with family and friends.

Why we’re different...

iFootpath brings together the best of both worlds, old and new. Our walking guides include all the best features of traditional guide books with turn-by-turn directions, lovely photography and rich information about the history and the environment. They also provide all the benefits of modern technology. Download the walks to the iFootpath iPhone or Android App and you can follow your real-time progress around the live satellite route map, add your own comments and ratings and even create your own walking routes to share.

What the press say...

We continue to enjoy rave reviews in national, regional and trade press. In the last few years we’ve been recommended by Holiday Cottages (August 2015), Web User (March 2014), The Guardian (January 2014), Women's Walking (October 2013), The Telegraph (June 2013), Lonely Planet Traveller (April 2013), The Times (April 2012) and The Independent (January 2012) to name just a few.
